Hitsugaya-kun from Bleach! *kawaaaaaaaaii!*Okay. In this picture he looks really stoned and pissed off. I meant him to look troubled, and this is how it comes out.
I decided maybe I will make a new bg, cuz i hate this one. So sorry if i update the pic later on.
