Smeargle's painting resembles Missingno, a very common, well-known glitch from the original Red/Blue Pokemon games, that just about everybody had heard about and continued to abuse for quite a long time.

Depends what you do. You could multiply items without breaking the game, which was probably the most common exploitation of the glitch. If you tried to catch it and put it in the PC system it would generally corrupt your save data, but other times the game just freezes up.

Scrambled? i never had that problem with my blue, but i DID have glitched pokemon. (level 178 Golbat, level 101 Blastoise, and it even glitched my Yoshi to level... well... wasnt a number... it was a sprite of a flower. [youre gonna have to do some major searches to figure the Yoshi/Dragonite cheat out] ahh... Good times)

I love the rounded, bouncy kind of look you gave this piece, and the color scheme evokes the feeling of a children's book. Kind of ironic, since it depicts the first generation's most vicious mass murderer...
