A funny story about empress... On the day it came out, a friend and I went to the arcade to play it. We were really excited and rushed into the arcade (the Japanese probably thought we were insane.) The beatmania cabinets were always at the entrance of the arcade but that day they weren't there. That lead to some confusion. So after wandering the arcade for a bit we finally found not one but two empress machines! Ahh that was so nice. To be one of the first to play the game. >_> I even skipped class for it.
