Some time ago I was playing the boardgame Last Night on Earth and during the game I knew I would be making a series trying to paint the tension of surviving a night of zombie-attacks.I wasn't interested in the guts and gore of the zombies themselves, but in the fear, the tension and the anxiety caused by something that keeps and keeps coming towards you.
Creepy subject, but I had lots of fun painting these. 13 paintings in total, spanning from 7pm to 7am. Original 25x25cm (10"x10"), sold.

It looks as if they are in the woods. I like the fading contours. They make the atmosphere seeming so foggy.
