Description
This one is of a black lily, which only opens for 1 day a year at its best.It is a beautiful flower, quite dark normally, but I used some lighting to bring out the colour and satin texture.
It was fun to play with as the colour changed nicely depending on the angle of the camera.
I also added some water which collected at the bottom, and with lighting from behind, reacted with a yellow glow effect.

-Original size: 3264x2448 (then scaled down for this obviously)
Barely touched in Photoshop, just a very very slight change in curves to bring out the darkness :. the contrast
No change in colour.

I'm not a photograph specialist, but since you are commenting my pics, i will comment yours
I think the angle of the photograph is well chosen, it lets us twirl inside the photograph.
The result of the glimmering drops are also very nice, since it lets an impression of a pure flower.
Maybe the only thing i don't really like is that "stem", which is blurred. It's dark and hides a bit. Otherwise, i

yeah parts of a photo will usually blur when using macro photography, thats the way the style works, sometimes this can improve the image but not always, i do see your point, and thanks for the critique
