I've imagined Bryan riding on his adopted mother dragon's back. It really bares a resemblance to Disney's PETE'S DRAGON (1977 - 2016), and the novel series and its film version, ERAGON.

seeing as how numerous stories that have humans riding dragons being in discomfort either during or after flight (side effects of flying a dragon bare-back are: numbness in the legs and/or severe leg injuries as if you were skinned), Bryan will have to either make or get a saddle for Selina for when they do that. (stories that injure the rider during the flight just by the flight itself include: Eragon and How to Train Your Dragon)
