Wow...I spent a lot of time perfecting the technique on drawing a feline furre, to try and do this justice, and I don't know about you guys, but I surprised myself with this o_o
Wow.... so... for you guys who DON'T know her, Tigre is a character in a story written by Nathan Cowan 'Foxfire'... the details of which MIIIIIIIIIGHT overlap DA's policy before turning this into a mature pic, lol... but let's just say it'll make sense if you know or have read 'The Handmaid's Tale' :3
In barest forms, four highly trained vixen soldiers have been sent to infiltrate a near Playboy-level-rich brothel, where an empire of crimes and hidden truths seem to pile up one upon the other, only to find so many blanks in their memory, and being broken down, trying to find a way to escape AND complete the mission...
And then along came a spider... Tigre, one of Blue Diamond's - yes, HENCE the freaking giant jewel :3 - most infamous trainers, mistress of the whip, seductress and femme fatale... and what lies in HER past...
THAT I won't say, but in the end, I felt for her, and tried to ask other artists to try and portray her, none I was happy with
Until I decided to pick up the pencil ^_^
Soooo... now, I'm finally happy with her ^_^

The arm and leg stripes I'm no fan of, but I like the face and tail stripes particularly myself XD

I dunno, I have been taking alot of art class and never got a break to try it on my own. What does artist block feel like? What can't you do?

Well, for some reason I struggled a lot with Tigre here o.o
It comes down to what you practise and how you expand I guess
I began with only MY fursona and began wiggling with it, doodled more canine furres, but with Tigre, she's a full feline, which took a little studying to get down how to attempt :3
Sometimes that might be all you need, to see how other artists attempt it, get an idea from there, and then try it on your own! ^^

I read the Foxfire stories when they first came out. I must say,you've done a great job capturing the look of Tigre. Very sweet indeed,hun.

She took a long time to get the right kind of look going, but I think I found it something I liked, and it's the face for me x3

I used to see red foxes back in Maryland where I lived. I loved 'em. Wish they had more proper surroundings to live in tho.
