Noticed that 7 out of the ten females have most of their faces(particularly the upper face) covered up...
Only two have their faces completely visible.
I wanted to also draw attention to the outfits, or lack thereof, and wonder that this was marketed as a children's show.

Because in 1999, marketers in America were stupid and didn't know the difference between an Anime and a Cartoon and the fact that while most cartoons are aimed at children, most anime aren't.
