WRONG. How long the artwork BELONGS to someone in this case was taken from this user has no right to steal artwork as their own.
THIS IS NOT PHOTOBUCKET. There is difference from drawing your own artwork and stealing artwork.

Any image that is copyrighted from a movie, show, game and so on have copyrights.
Besides you do not need a copier. I seen great art done on MS Paint alone. On computer. Everyone has there own way to show art. Whether digital, traditonal and combine media.
Those who restrict themselves are the ones being limited.

Anyway taking art just to "represent your character" simply because you can not draw it, does not mean you can sink as low as jazz. How you feel someone was take your character and give you no credit what so ever?
And everyone praise this person for the "best character idea"?
The same with art. Art is not all about lines,circles and shapes. More than that. Those who took time in their art are artists.
Making the art is one thing but taking art? It is like this person is lazy and had to revert to stealing.
My word? Draw your own. Sure not great but some hard work and some effort. I am sure you make something that is worth while and MADE BY YOU. And not "borrowing" or "copying" art.
Something you be happy because it is made by you.
Also if you can download programs, open canvas 1.1, dogwaffle, GIMP, just to name a few are all free art programs. I am sure there is something you can try out.

Even her videos have stolen art. Even though she claim she give credit. (Mostly her fantard eevee fans.)
Even with credit, the most important thing you need is PERMISSION from the original artist.
