Personality: Just like Calli, he is a corrupt and amoral person with a hunger for power. He is also very much much a hedonist , who loves to spend the budget on women and booze. He cares little for the land's actual affairs, except when it's resources to are used to further enrich himself. He also can fake concern for others and act vulnerable in order to manipulate people, especially any woman he is trying to woo. He is very self-serving and believes his city will looking to anyone, even if they are obviously scum. He is very cunning and is able to pull the rug under people, but can get too smug for his own breeches, especially if there is someone smarter than him. He is also very cowardly and will ditch people if it means to save his own skin or even sacrifice them to ensure his own safety. He can get very frustrated with Calli's tantrums and can tell her off at times

Background: He was originally a hustler on the street making money off of saps and easily duped people. However, he really got up in the world when he met Calli and became her boy toy and minion. They both then got into politics where they offed the previous preside, Stue Pid, and made themselves president and vice president respectively. He helped Calli write new laws that would enrich themselves and wreck the liberties of Edgia . Like Calli, he runs on the concept of providing bread and circuses to people to keep them complacent in their growing dystopian world.
