Background: Originally from the land down under he is considered one of the most controversial heroes due to the fact he doesn't hesitate to kill villains. Even with this controversy, he still is kept due to having many defenders saying his methods gets results despite how questionable they are. He and his hero group are trying to get more people to justify why heroes should be more willing to kill people, especially in the case of the facts that villains don't hesitate.
