Ok, basically, Blackarachnia is trying to find something to feed their massive techno-organic halves, since they can't get enough nectar from normal flowers. Unlike her, they aren't carnivorous and can't eat animals - despite what you may think about wasps, only the larvae are carnivorous.
Sooo she mutates/experiments on a flower to make it giant in the hopes that it might be able to produce enough nectar to keep them quiet.
She wasn't counting on Waspinator's organic half overwhelming him and thus becoming attracted to the prototype giant orchid she'd created.
Now he has fallen in love with the (imaginary) female wasp (a.k.a. the orchid- good grief) (if you want to know HOW the hell he managed to get confused like that, assuming you haven't already, please do watch that short vid in the link above, it's quite amusing XD)
I hope you found this as stupidly amusing as I did X3

Waspinator....hahaha.....I know there are some orchids that release pheromones to atract wasps (male) in order of them to polinize and reproduce....the only one who's really having sex here is the flower not poor Wasp
