Well I had a similar idea
Except it was Sonic as himself (obvsly), Knuckles as the Mad Hatter (For some reason), Tails as the March Hare (despite him not being a Hare), Cream as the White Rabbit (despite her not being White), Shadow as the Jack of Hearts (just thought of that), and Rouge as the Queen of Hearts (since she already have a Heart on her chest)
Maybe Maria could be Alice, but Sonic wouldn't recognize her (since he doesn't know (and have never seen) Maria)
