Hi guys, this is my interpretation of Eobard Thawne (otherwise known as The Reverse-Flash/Professor Zoom) from the DC Comics Universe, who is among the list of my favorite Villains. The reason why I decided to submit this deviation is because I would like to pay a tribute to the character for how much of a "petty/clever/mischievous" antagonist in the DC Universe. He was once a scientist who idolized The Flash and tried to become like him, however Barry Allen (The Flash) caught him fabricating "heroics" and actually endangering civilians for the motive of getting praise instead of being an ACTUAL HERO. Afterwards, he felt ENRAGED to the point that he ruined his former-idol-turned-archenemy's life by stabbing his (Barry's) mother with a knife whilst framing Barry's father for the crime.I really enjoyed this villain's theatrics and I truly hope that he will be done perfectly, if he ever makes a cameo in the DCEU or some new DC Universe. This guy is literally one of the most complex DC Characters ever to be made, and also one of the most unrealistic among a whole lotta them!
The difference between this one and the rest seems as if it's the "fact" that he's unmasked. However, what if I told you that he is still "masked" in a sense because he is wearing the appearance of Dr. Harrison Wells?
Why does he need to look like someone else?! The reason: in the CW Show, after Thawne lost his time-travelling ability due to killing Barry Allen's mother, he had to impersonate Harrison Wells in order to create STAR Labs for Barry to become The Flash in order to help him return to his timeline. However, by the time he keeps on doing this in Seasons 4, 5, 6, 7 and even 8, the Wells likeness starts to make less sense!
Wellsobard (or should I say EoWells) from Earth-1, has been one of my favorite Tom Cavanagh/Harrison Wells variants (alongside Harry Wells from Earth-2, HR Wells from Earth-19, Sherloque Wells from Earth-221 and Nash Wells from Earth-???)
