Wonderful picture. I love how you can still see everything correctly, even thought it's in black and white. Whenever I try to do a picture like that, it turns out terribly.

Very well done. If you don't mind a couple of comments, I would like to mention what I see that could use attention.
Overall this is a wonderful b/w photo. Saying that, b/w should rely on the contrast between light and dark. Your face seems a bit monochromatic in contrast. Not bad, and could be intentional. Which if it is, then disregard my comment here.
The other thing is the picture frame sticking out of your head. 
I hope you don't mind my observations. I like your work, and just wanna put my artistic eye to work. (I'm a part-time photographer, and a full-time artist.)
