...Trust me. You DON'T wanna pair these two together. Ever.Lo and behold my shitty Corel Painter colouring (Done with Gouache and Diffuse Blur blending)! XDD
These two have been rivals since their academy days and were always trying to outdo one another: in looks AND boys. (BTW, this is Oka's official look)

to simulate the best kind of lightning bolt, try using the free-hand lasso tool. It feels much more organic.. or just paint it yourself by carelessly squiggling from one side to the other, duplicate the layer and gaussian-blur that layer.
