Its soft lighting and the white light is picking up the color of the makeup, it's called radiosity

I did the makeup but I forget what I used exactly! I combine a lot of different things. There was a black base down and I used OCC Cavu Blue and Yaby cosmetics but I forget the shade! There's taupe in the crease and some cheapy neon green liner on the waterline that I got at hot topic

Thanks! I use to get my Ben Nye at Hot Topic when they sold it there. But now they don't so I get it on line.
