I love the location, and the model...not sure I love them both together. Maybe if the model was in a more heavy outfit, like leather pvc or latex?
Where is this...a stage or a real boiler room? How does a photographer get access to locations like this?

Well this is a real boiler room and the key to access is a bottle of scotch to the maintenance crew

That is a great background! Your makeup artist has an unbelievable body and she should be proud of these photos. You did great under what seems like less than ideal circumstances. I cant wait to start shooting in locations outside my own property
