I don't want to give away too much of the story so there is very little to explain here. Charm receives help (possibly) from a Moth-Fairy, Pamkin (who is better known as Pumpkin).I should point out that fairies tend to be small in my works but they can become human-sized. They just tend to stay tiny to save energy (they don't need to eat nearly as much) and to keep hidden from human eyes....
Seeing those I will not finish any other works before Christmas I want to wish you all the best here. Merry Christmas and happy holidays to all of you!

So, are fairies naturally tiny, or is their natural height that of a human?

Naturally I'd say that they are tiny, but they can live as human-sized … they just must eat more and gravity makes it more challenging to fly (they still can fly but must take breaks at human size, therefore fairies tend to remain small. That and its easier to stay hidden.)

In my works fairies can change their size to suit their needs. Here she's big to comfort the girl, so they're both human sized.
