For my 2D Design class in college. Based on the song "Mountain Sound" by Of Monsters and Men with a photograph of Trustom Pond Refuge in Rhode Island as a reference. Painted on Bristol board using acrylic paint. I aimed to emulate Impressionistic style for this piece as I knew I lacked the experience to portray fine detail in a painting.
