I think the term "reconstruction" is about the fact than you have a 250 GTO chassis, without bodywork, and you remake the carrozzeria. Am I wrong ?The engine is a 3l V12, around 300 bhp @ 7400 rpm, for a top speed of 280 kmh or 174 mph.
If I'm not wrong, you have here one of the 39 250 GTO chassis, with (I hope) a real 250 GTO engine but a new 250 GTO carrozzeria

Do you mean Restored, there are few GTOs that are made from rebodied Ferrari sports cars.All real GTOs have odd numbers in the four digit serial numbers. they are all front mid engine meaning the engine sits behind the front axles if not then it is not a genuine GTO of which are only 39 made, all GTOs have sliding windows not wind up,

Honestly, I don't know and I hate that. It was an exposition, and you can't open the hood. It sucks for me, because I love to know the story behind the car. I just send a FB message to the museum in which I ask "what's behind the word reconstruction ?". So, you'll have to wait, as me.
I must say that : I'm a car spotter, not an expert. Sometimes, this kind of question can be embarrassing (but of course, you can, you must know what's behind the pic, it's normal to ask), because...I just don't know !

Just Curious, there are a few well made ones out there, and a several rebodied Ferrari cars made to look like a GTO and a few Nissan based clones that are not good!
