Even if I think it is a little bit strong (the last ability is very powerful with a sacrifice tool, and the first one is very similar to the ability of Drana, Kalastria Bloodchief [link] ), I like very much the concept !

I'd have to say, the cost is way too low for what she does now. Maybe adding one U/B to her ability and adding 1 colorless to her casting cost would balance her out more?

It will balance her out really well. Because paying 2 mana to kill a creature with a toughness of 1 and draw a card is a bit ridiculous.
