I don't know why but I can imagine this guy to be some kind of 'Tutoriel guy' from a video game.Β
But like he talks really slow and almost falls asleep while explaining stuff X3
(And the players try to avoid him just like the people tried to avoid the owl from Ocarina of Time X3)
