After reading the information in the profile, it seems relevant for her to have an ideal body for men in this current era, but if she was to maintain this form, she would have major back problems due to the breast size.
The redesign is very revealing and provides little needed protection, since it seems she is a fighter. The breast size would also be a problem. I can just imagine the boobs hitting her in the face all the time. Maybe this could be a bit of an alternate form to lure in men. Hey, you could give us more information on her species. Maybe they were carnivorous. Maybe they were cannibalistic or their main diet was humans. That way they could use their good looks lure in prey. Use her ability more to her advantage.
Besides that, her design and profile is perfectly fine. You did a good job with her.

Actually that's her basic form with no changes lol, I don't really put up the weight aspect and back problems into boobs due to anime physics, most of my content revolves around boobs.
The change in her outfit is based on the shapeshifting abilities she has, moving flesh and bones around tend to tear regular clothes apart and this gives her pretty much more area to change around, big breasted fighters know how to move around in order to execute their moves, dreamcancel.com/wiki/images/9/… .
She's not really into luring men in, lol, she's just comfortable with her body all around.

As far as we know, Eira can change her size to accommodate for any situation so I don't see much of a problem there.
