I might be wrong here but this is either the cotton or hempen tabard, with postmoogle cap, pants underneath and tank gauntlet and sabatons. From Final Fantasy XIV. Am I anywhere close? Sweet job either way!

Edit: I know, quick edit, but I realized its the cotton one give the black part of the shoulder and chest plate.
