She could be an 'Isis', but I can't be certain.
She has the Eye of Ra as a head piece, so that's the start.
Her hair does have a similarity of a bird, so she could be an Avian.
Thinking...... Got it! She must be Hathor, the Egyptian sky deity and consort of the Egyptian sky god, Horus and the Egyptian sun god, Ra.
