May I ask you how you did it ? And how can you hold the katana in your mouth ? I've tried with mine, but I can't hold it, it's too heavy

Well, i made katanas on my own, and i made it with a light timber so that i can carry it easily ^^ aand i know that feeling, when i first wear Zoro cosplay, i used replica katanas and my neck nearly snapped too
