Hammer planet critters.So, this is my first time doing much of anything on the note of sankarek critters, since 2017. With how they now have bug eyes, I decided to also give them kinda sorta bug jaws. Total of six major mouth parts. Two pairs of vertical mandible. Between them, a labrum and labium, like mandibulate arthropods. In various lineages, the bony "lips" become part or all of the chomping mechanism. Merging with the mandibles, forming into a more robust beak. Or taking over all the chomping, while the mandibles perform a role akin to tusks.
