Description
So our beloved Zamboanga City is still experiencing a civil war at the moment. Thousands are still affected and I know that everyone is either panicking or really really afraid on what’s happening now. I care about the people there because the city is so beautiful that I can always see all the good things there: from the natural resources and up to the deeper level of diversity in culture.I offer this artwork to everyone especially to the children who are experiencing pain and fear right now. The children hold a very important space in my heart. I care about them so much that I want to go there and tell them bed time stories, draw with them and even play with them just so they can forget all the pain and suffering. I do not want this to happen, but I think that some of them will have deep traumatic feelings on what’s happening to them now. And with this artwork, I am hoping to send all the positivity so they can go through this with a brave mind and heart because one day, I still want them to see playing, smiling and experience all the beauty that life can offer.
