Princess Bubblegum Pop: An Adventure Time Fanart
I don't watch Adventure Time but among all the characters, Princess Bubblegum seems to be a fun and a loving one . Even my classmates and friends adore her, that's why, I decided to make a sketch of this young princess and i then thought of coloring it.
Since I dont watch her show, I imagine her as a wacky princess who secretes bubbles instead of sweat and loves to run around looking for Finn. She loves to wear her crown all day and be in a very beautiful violet gown all the time.

Lol, you have a crazy idea about what PB is like... she's an epic character, a benevolent ruler and scientist who actually deflects the advances of the main protagonist. (Have you looked up the Adventure Tume controversy?)

actually well, i just started watching AT last last week so when i first drew that, i dont have any ideas on what and how PB acts, etc. and she's really a sweet character 
and oh. what about that AT Controversy?

Do you know anything about the "Mathematical!" controversy based on the exposure of a possible subtext to the "What was Missing" episode in the 'official' recap?

It's a good thing to know about this before looking up fanart and stuff. It would explain a lot of the stuff you see. And very little has actually contradicted the subtext the controversial recap has explored.
PB is epiiiiic. When you start watching, Marceline is inclined to be a favourite character because she has rapid character depth and development, but by the time you've seen all of the episodes on Youtube or something you realise that PB is actually by now a deeper character because she has been developed more slowly and more subtly but Marceline has had less appearences.

im quite confused, but i hope you're not angry or something because i misinterpreted my idea about PB 
but nevertheless, i am happy that you linked me to those things. im still on season 1 though and i havent seen Marceline yet. but i was able to see fanarts of marceline here which are pretty cool as well. :'D
actually, even right now, i can really see the beauty of PB. her character is really strong, even the values as a character is pretty much visbile and i adore the creators of AT because they put a strong character like PB ^^ seems that you really love her

You can watch episodes randomly and it won't do you much damage
When you see Marceline you'll adore her character - she's incredibly entertaining and engaging, particularly in earlier seasons, and sometimes she sings and WHEN MARCELINE SINGS, SHE BEATS EVERY ARTIST IN THE CHARTS with the passion that her voice actor puts into it.
I'm not mad
It's rare for people to really understand PB. Many consider her as 'overly girly' (which she isn't, really) and 'a jerk' (she has dark moments but once again they are justified). PB isn't entirely as morally righteous as Finn because moral righteousness isn't what her kingdom needs - it's lawful righteousness - so there are a few moments where her actions are questionable. While some people take this and use it against her I reckon it adds a whole new level of depth to her character.
I could go on and on about PB, because that's what I've been doing for the past two weeks since I've been encountering loads of haters and have built up a pretty strong case for the character, but then this message would be far too long... xD
