Humanized Twilight as a cheerleader from Lucky Star.This mainly serves as a solo test. I plan to do a group pic based on the show's opening/last episode (Mane 6 + BG pony favorites). But first, I need to 1) decide how their humanized versions would look and 2) decide on and lay out a group pose.

The Lucky Star cheerleader outfit just fits Twilight's character so PERFECTLY here, both in color and style, and combined with your superb humanized-form composition, it truly makes for one stupendously charming work of art capable of bringing light to even the darkest of souls!
I simply can't get over how much I love your humanized treatment of Miss Sparkle here, and I'm even more excited to know the others will be following suit under your humanized treatment as well! To tell the absolute truth, in my own personal list of "anticipated artworks" that I am looking most forward to see, your humanized group-shot of the pony girls is right up at the top!

Purple outfit with a star logo. Lucky Star's cheerleader uniform was a perfect fit for Twilight!
As for including the others, the hardest part will be drawing the group. I can't decide on a pose yet, but there's always the group shot where they're all lined up together in the show's opening. Probably will keep it at around a dozen humanizations. Lyra, Bon-Bon, Colgate, Carrot Top and Octavia are good candidates.
I'm thinking if Vinyl would be the type to join in, or would rather be in charge of the music. And I'm not so sure about Derpy (Given that she's a mom in the fandom and the Lucky Star cast are students). Come to think of it, Derpy and Berry Punch would fit Cousin Yui and Kuroi Sensei well!

Yes indeed, I don't think there is another more perfect sporty-style outfit that Twilight could be rocking than this one here!
And those all sound like wonderful suggestions you have come up with, and all I would absolutely love to see under your stupendously adorable design treatment; I can't wait to see which ones make the cut in your final piece! ^^
But hey, if you happen to include Octavia in your final group shot and want to have Vinyl alongside her, but still in control of the music as well, you could always have her rocking out in her cheerleading uniform while holding a boom-box at the same time, that way the music is still in Vinyl's hands; just a little thought I had. Heh-heh

As far as the group pose goes, you could always use the how the part during the OP of Lucky Star where they're all lined up going through their routine. And I'm looking forward to seeing the rest of the what you do in this style.
