When I was editing this, one of the things that I wanted to achieve was to create a calm and relaxed atmosphere in the photo. To do this, I increased the saturation of the Cyan and Blues in the photo, although the increase in Blues were minimal. I sort of like it, but I can't help but think that either the Blues on the bottom half of the photo are too dark, or the Cyans on the rest of the photo are too light...Anyway, what do you think? Please feel free to comment and critique! All feedback is welcomed and appreciated

I really like the feeling of distance created by the shortened posts. Your use of saturation is subtle enough to retain natural realism. Overall the composition creates a feeling of calm solitude.

I really like how this photo has a lot to look at. The many posts all sort of going out to sea while forming almost a wave in itself is what really draws me to this photo. The seaweed on the front one combined with the holes really make an excellent front one to choose. I also must point out how the reflections add to this photo almost making the wooden posts bigger. The waves in the background really add to the feeling that the posts are heading out to see. That combined with the sand barges on both sides make it feel really beachy and peaceful. Add the contrast feel of the posts going out to see and the waves it really brings up thoughts. Such thoughts of a hurricane hitting a small island and washing the inhabitants aka the posts out to see. Bringing out that even the most peaceful place can be turned into chaos with the power of mother nature.

I like this composition the location of the posts and the holes in them draw me into the picture, the starkness of line makes it powerful
