I had some for breakfast. I threw them in the Magic Bullet with some Kefir. Yumsy wumsy for my tumsy.

I buy the plain. Tastes like doodie. You've got to mix it with something. I buy bags of frozen fruit,and when I mix it,I sweeten it with a bit of Agave nectar. Healthy and tasty.

Sounds so good I love healthy tasty foods and drinks ...considering I went to school and finished for a nutritional specialist and all. I have just gotten away from it I guess in recent years. I used to be a vegetarian even only ate fruits and vegetables and grains and other healthy stuff like that .

That is so true I just went through a period in my life where i hated it... hen Dave made Fillets and made me try a bite and well the whole vegetarian thing was over. you do need meat or at least protein any way and I would rather have meat to get protein than the tofu or other yucky foods that have it.

Oh believe me I know!! The day I met him I knew he was the one for me and we have been together ever since then. I love him with all I have and always will. and as far as luck goes mine is great for having him in my life . And he is lucky to have you as a friend not just him are family is grateful for all you have done and that you are such a good friend to us and most of all David.
