Design commissions for and , and the last one is mine xD; A character I might use for an OCT.. I'll give him an official reff if I decide to do it.Commissions are still open! Designs start at $4! [link]
I was going to update earlier, but I ended up curled up in my bathroom with a book hiding from tornadoes for a few hours P: YAY JUST HOW I WANTED TO SPEND MY DAY.
Anyway.. yea.

Saint bernard with cropped ears.....why has this not been thought of before?? (probably has, idk, but i've never seen it xD) His design is so badass... The second one is really pretty also, I love the idea of all the white and the small splashes of red merle coloration

Could be XD It fits their face though! Makes them look so scary. Although regular St bernard ears are so cute and fluffy it was kind of a shame to crop them~

Aw, the one you might use for an OCT is all cute and Saint Bernardy(with tiny ears of course), but he also looks like he could bite your head off; I think I won't hug him.
Since I can get away with it in my more cartoony style, I make up for that by over exaggerating their ears, slanty backs, and thick necks a lot. I also love to give them crazy tall/long manes.

I can usually draw hyenas - I have several sketches that are part of a tutorial I'm working on, but for some reason they didn't want to turn out right for this commission |B<
Eugh, I dislike giving hyena's huge manes xD On cartoon styles it doesnt bug me, like TLK style.. but for whatever reason realism hyena artists see convinced that they have big tall manes when they dont :I So I wont draw it and add fuel to that misconception.

Agreed on that. Realistic hyenas are more realistic without long manes. My younger self, of course, thought they did have big awesome manes, even aftert lookin at references. But now I just do it for fun.

I like that y'can draw different species, and they actually /look/ like different species -as opposed to the same base skeleton, with different colours
