Physical structure: Elain is very thin and sleek since she doesn’t eat much. Her shoulders are small and flow with the rest of her body structure. She is generally tall for her gender, but doesn’t look it. When not standing next to another Female, she seems small and fragile. She has a long neck and legs, and her muzzle is very thin and long, giving her a more elegant appearance. She also has large ears that have black tips at the end and tend to perk up almost always.

Colors: Elain has a plain russet pelt with a darker stripe stretching from her nose, to the tip of her tail like her father. Then, like her mother, she has dark russet sock markings and white boot markings on all four of her small long legs. A blanket of creamy white cloaks her underbelly and muzzle tip, fading also underneath her eyebrows.

Accessories: A long vine that she wraps around her neck. She pulled it out from a tree while munching leaves.

Elain trotted through the dense forest, splotches of sun dappling her back as she made her way through the tall dark trees that loomed over her. Leaves and twigs lay scattered all along the ground and crunched delightfully underneath her small hooves. A small woven pouch hung loosely from her mouth as her mossy green eyes scanned the forest floor in front of her. Finally, she spotted what she was searching for. A small cluster of Wild Ginger root lay clumped at the base of a huge Pine, the roots tangled around it. She laid the pouch gently on the soft earth and reached down to the roots, carefully plucking the Ginger from the damp earth and placing it in the empty pouch. 'Don't worry little fawn, your belly ache will be gone soon enough' she thought to herself as she lifted the pouch from the ground and turned towards the setting sun, lowering itself behind the huge mountains. She began to walk slowly through the woods, but soon broke into a trot as the light dimmed, casting dark tangled shadows across the forest floor. She took a slow breath, trying to calm herself. She hated the dark, but would never admit it. Just as her nerves began to settle, her muscles clenched and she froze as a sickening scent filled her lungs, the scent of a wolf. The stench was faint, but it still made the hair on her back raise. Then a hungry howl pierced the cool night air and her fear took hold of her. She instinctively bolted off in the opposite direction of the wolf until the scent had left her nose. She came to a gradual stop and stood in the dark, gasping for air, as she searched the ground around her. She had dropped the pouch somewhere and it was nowhere to be seen. She was about to head back to camp, when she thought of the little fawn that needed the ginger root. It was too dark to keep looking, so she curled up underneath a large tree to try to wait out the cold, dark night.
