Roll would win. She's a skilled swordswoman with a broom, she has her own buster, and she can become Hyper Roll by fusing with Rush, Beat, and Eddie.

Marvel vs Capcom and its sequel. Hasn't been used since though. Every game with a playable Roll after MvC2 stuck her with a broom. Good thing too. The Roll Buster had more bark than bite; it was showy and big but it's weaker than every other buster imaginable AND it can't be charged.
