- Both Sanji and Ban had ran out of their homelands, passed days starving, but with the help of their adoptive fathers they survived.
- Both grew up with a dream of searching for an mystical water location (the All Blue and the Eternal Life Foundation).
- They were called out by an happy captain to join their team of adventures who travels the land, those captain who quickly became their best friend (Luffy and Meliodas respectively).
- They quickly became the cooks of the groups, being called out by being extremely good at it.
- They’re also known for being simps (tough not perverts) a lot: Sanji for all women and Ban for Elaine).
- Both later returned to their land to settle things with their fathers (Sanji to, well, y’know and Ban to apologize with his adoptive father).
