This is beautiful. The proportions look great, you can tell who it is straight off, even on the preview. His hair looks fantastic, just enough detail to give it depth. His clothes also look very realistic, the tears and folds. I'm not sure if the background is too blurred, or if it looks good that way, It would be interesting to see something less blurred to compare, but it is not a fault. Really, the only critique I could give is that there is something about your highlights (and perhaps it includes your brushwork style), which gives him a glossy, clay-like look to his skin. It does detract some from the overall realism of the piece.
