With all due respect, I think you're missing the point of the license.
You licensed this deviation under a Creative Commons Attribution/Non-Commercial/No Derivatives license. Fair enough. But I think that what that means is that deviants can use your picture without your permission as long as they give you credit, don't sell it for profit, and don't use it as a base for anything. Of course, they would have to ask you permission for any other use, but you probably already knew that!
But, hey, I'm not a lawyer or anything. So I wouldn't know for sure.
It is a nice picture, though. I like all the pretty colors!

Under the CC license, You must attribute the work in the manner specified by the author or licensor (but not in any way that suggests that they endorse you or your use of the work).
Those lines of text are mainly my specifications.
Plus it doesn't hurt to write it a few times in the comments since most people probably don't know what "Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative" means
I'm not sure why you specified "deviants can use your picture..." It applies to everyone, deviant or nondeviant. But mostly nondeviant since I get more emails than notes.

Sorry. I just wanted to write something that was not of the usually. You do great work. Like i said before I love that you give thought to most if not every piece you do. Refining and perfecting. A strong style.
