This is a scene from Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Titan's Curse, where Thalia and Percy had a show of their powers after playing Capture the Flag at Camp Half-Blood.Thalia is the daughter of Zeus, and Percy is the son of Poseidon, thus the lightning and the water surge.
I dunno why of all the happenings in the series, this one keeps popping into my mind. I kept rereading the part, then decided to make a comic.
