This is a high rank Blood Angels Legionary Surf, Diplomat, Remembrancer or similar in the Gothic equivalent of white tie. We never get any good images of astartes or thier human serfs when they wear formal attire that’s not armor so I’ve decided to try and fix that. I mean they must have unarmoured formal attire for use during diplomatic functions and similar like any other organization right? Yes I know this guy is WAY too small to be an astartes, it’s the costume I’m going for here. Basically 18th century high fantasy vampire kinda vibe.
