Moriah was challenge to political combat by Jhanna. Not wanting to lose her crown and not being fair period, Moriah shot down Jhanna's ship causing her to crash on earth. Right in the spot the Turtles were camping. Once realizing this, she arrived on earth to battle Jhanna. However, not being a fair fighter, Moriah sicked her unusual minions on her but was foiled but the interference of the Turtles. She and Jhanna battled it out and Moriah was defeated. Instead of killing her, Jhanna branded her marking that she "lost the election."

I based her attire off the kryptonians from Man of Steel and her eye color off Blackfire
