Description
From Chapter 18 & Chapter 19

After the Villains are demutated, the Turtles, Rainbooms, April, Casey, and Keno are grabbed by the mutant Joker, who they are shocked to learn he mutated himself.

At first their too afraid of Joker to even move so Keno fights Joker and is defeated. But when Joker moves in to finish them, they surprise attack him, revealing that they were faking being scared to bait him and it worked.

Then they reveal they barrowed Batman's gadgets from the cave but didn't use it on any of the villains. Because they were saving them for Joker. They overwhelm Joker with the gadgets and the Rainbooms pony up and blast him out of the room.

Trivia
In this picture, the Turtles are using their super movie from the Injustice 2 game.
Joker's snake form is based off his form the comic and movie. He's also larger than his comic and movie versions.
Joker is in his suit from Batman Hush movie.
