Description Time never stop and wait for me
Looking for answers and looking for the clue
Fly in the freedom

I used the "photo with PS filters" method again like I have done in past works . I like the result plus it's quick and easy to do.

I'm quite pleased with the outcome of this pic as I'm not too familiar with drawing Rouge.

Time Taken: 3 hours-ish
Tools Used: Pencil, pitt artist pen, scanner, Wacom tablet & PS CS2
