Appearance: Pierre: He is a short, nondescript Frenchman dressed in the manner of an eighteenth-century butler, wearing the livery of the House Baptiste. He is a small, excitable little chap with wide, wonder-filled eyes and a small nose.

Cosette: She is a petite Frenchwoman with long blonde hair which usually obscures her eyes despite her best efforts to put it up. She wears the costume of an eighteenth century maid. She has a pale complexion and a small frame. Her eyes, when visible, are quite wide, giving her a girlish appearance despite her extreme age.

Personality: Pierre: He is seemingly inexhaustibly enthusiastic and extremely talkative. When he's gotten going, he's nigh impossible to shut up. He's also extremely loyal to Armand and would quite literally take a bullet for him. He also has nearly boundless reserves of energy and is chipper and loud most of the time, despite the generally unobtrusive and humble demeanor required of a butler.

Cosette: She is bright, cheery, and sunny by disposition. She loves cute things and little children, two things rarely found around the chateau. Despite her cheery disposition, she is quite viciously protective of Armand. Yandere does not even begin to describe it. She is quite obsessed with the undeserving nobleman and is willing to kill for him.

Likes/Dislikes: Pierre: likes Cake, Japanese woodblock prints (has acquired quite the collection for the chateau and will talk for hours about it), talking, talking, and more talking, and meeting new people. Dislikes boring or unfriendly people, the opera, breaking things, messes, and coffee (drinking this nearly led to Armand nearly killing him out of sheer annoyance)

Cosette: Likes all thing cute, little children, meeting new people, ARMAND, candy, singing, and skipping about the chateau garden in a merry manner. Dislikes anyone who would dare touch Armand and/or hurt him in any way, any woman so much as entertaining the thought of Armand, disappointing Armand, not being noticed by Armand, and blood (ironic for a bloodwritten)

Bio/History: Both Pierre and Cosette hail from a rival clan of bloodwritten who were sent to the chateau to spy on Armand and the other Baptistes. They soon abandoned their mission when they both became irrationally enamored with the cold, black-hearted, and perverse Armand. For reasons which will never be fully known, they both became unquestioningly loyal to their master, treating him as though he were the paragon of all things wonderful in the world.

Said affection for their master caused them to become quite clumsy and incompetent in their work, their constant doting and affection making them a prime source of embarrassment around the chateau, especially when he would through masked balls, salons, black masses, etc. and they would embarrass him in front of his guests. He soon took to locking them in the cellar when these events would roll around.

When Armand's peasants rose up against him in the revolution of 1789, both Pierre and Cosette were trapped inside the chateau with Armand and the other human servants. As the siege progressed, Armand began to get sustenance from eating servants. When he finally reached the end of his reserves, he attempted to eat them, but found out they were fellow bloodwritten (though Cosette was quite giddy with delight at the thought) and was honor-bound not to eat them. Regretting that he had eaten all the competent servants, Armand was resigned to keep them on in order to keep up the chateau and do all the work that a nobleman of his standing wouldn't be caught dead doing.

They remained at his side, tending him with an obnoxious solicitousness until the year 2013 when Armand was recruited by the Reapers Rebellion. They were subsequently sent to the Mansion to wait upon their master in his new quarters.

Items: Both Pierre and Cosette carry the tools of their trade, mainly cleaning supplies and old diningware taken from the chateau on which they serve their master much as they had in the old days. Pierre also took the liberty of moving much of the woodblock collection to the Mansion and Cosette brought her diary which is now a multivolume epic spanning over 200 years. Sadly, most of it is gushing over her master and how he never notices her.

Other: Pierre's lifelong ambition is to visit Japan, though he will be sadly disappointed that it no longer looks like a picturesque Edo period depicted in his prints.

Cosette is the only woman Armand finds completely unattractive.
