O M G. It's finally finished. Yeah, this is that piece that I've been working on for about 3 months now. I suppose you'll have to count in there that I restarted about 3 times. This picture was so hard to draw, let alone shade. I hope you appreciate all the hard work I put into this. And that said, NO DOWNLOADING! Please respect my work by keeping it here, and here only. Thanks! I'm currently working on a portrait of Susan, but it will take a while, since she's wearing chainmail in the reference picture. Here's the wip deviation: [link]

The chainmail will be very hard to do, I can tell right now. I've never drawn chainmail, but it looks time-consuming. I'm sure you'll do a great job it, though. I can't wait to see it finished!
As I experiment with realism drawings more, I'll try and post some tips, if I can.

Well, at the moment I'm swamped, literally swamped, with drawings and projects for my two art classes. And when I'm not doing homework, I'm working on some other things first. But I'll try to work on it some next week during spring break

I'm right there with you when it comes to homework. When I'm not at school, I'm doing homework. They just keep on piling it up and I cannot afford to take a break from the homework, or else my grades will slip. But when I'm homework-free, I relax and try to recouperate. Random question: For you, does it ever feel awkward when there's a time where you have no homework? Personally, I get so used to it that it doesn't feel right when I have little or no homework. I always feel that I have to be doing something.

Nah, I'm fine when there's no homework. I have enough other things to do that it really doesn't matter. Reading, fashion designing (my designs are slightly out of the norm though), drawing portraits, playing video games, you get the picture.

That's good. You like playing videogames? What is your favourite gaming platform and what are some of your favourite games to play? I like the PS3. Blu-ray, c'mon... High definition kicks butt! I also like the PS2 and the Nintendo GameCube. I can't choose between the 3 because they all have some pretty good games. To name a few: Prince of Persia Warrior Within (GC), Champions of Norrath (PS2), Assassin's Creed (PS3), The Legend of Zelda Wind Waker (GC), and The Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess (GC). I know there's others that I enjoy, but I can't remember the names at the moment.

I like the PS2. My favorite games would have to be Star Wars Battlefront, Return of the King, Order of the Phoenix, and Tomb Raider Legend. I also like Spyro the Dragon for PSX

Interesting. I've played Star Wars Battlefront II for the PS2, but none of the other games that you mentioned. That's about the only similarity there... But it's never too late for me to search for them in pawn shops and buy them, or if any friends of mine could lend them to me.

I have "Prince Caspian" on search on my main page but I don't even know why any more, lol. Most of it is deviantArt rule breaking screencap uploads anyway. Sigh.

I've tried searching, and only came up with maybe a total of ten that I really liked. Usually the case is that I find so many I have to think of more creative search terms! (Harry Potter come to mind)
