Rebakah (or Beka) Cooper from Tamora Pierce's books Terrier and Bloodhound. Beka is a member of the Provost's Guard (called Dogs), though in my depiction she is still a trainee, or Puppy. Her best friends are Ersken Westover, another Puppy; Koramin Ingensra, a mage; Aniki Forfrysing, a swordswoman; and Rosto the Piper, the Rogue--the leader of the city's lawless ones. The Dogs who train Beka are Clara Goodwin and Mattas Tunstull, two of the best Dogs in the city of Corus.Prismacolor colored pencils on brisol board, 5 hours.
