Neat concept and excellent execution of it. I like to think that when he plays the music, Time moves forward and if he stops his drum set and other instruments will turn into certain memories that he had experianced during his lifetime, depending on the rhythm and melody of the current perfomance.

If i had a quarter for how many times i've been told we (the percussion section) are the time keepers, i'd have... many many more quarters. Love the hair and shading, like the stopwatch/clock on the the bassdrum head!
Love his expression, very natural and very relaxed, the characteristics of a good drumset player

i really really like it and it looks so freaking realistic with the fact that he's got one eye closed in like, concentration or something and he's sweating like a beast.
my friend is a percussionist so i really think you got the pose pretty damn well, except it looks like his torso is a bit short.
it's awesome. seriously.
