Description
So from time to time I get the urge to bake but I hate baking regular cookies (dropping them and hoping for the right size is such a pain). Instead I make cookie bars in a baking dish which makes it very predictable on how long to bake and then cut them into brownie sized bars (about 2x as long as you would for normal cookies). You don't need to grease the pan or anything in advance, just make your normal cookie dough, spread in the dish and bake. Keep an eye on them for timing until you get the hang of it.

Anywho, so tonight I felt like baking and thought "I should take a photo of the cookie bars". So I did. And here it is for all of you to enjoy Hope you're hungry!
