I agree with Deadknight, the blue painted Pict warriors are from the 8th century and Scottish tartan are from the end of the 16th century. Interesting fusion though.

This is just some of my historical brain freaking out, but the swords are anachronistic and the double-bit axes weren't done in true historical warfare; it was a logging tool, not a weapon of war, in addition none of them are wearing helmets.
